Vintage Sansui P-L50 Fully Automatic Direct Drive Turntable manufactured in Japan.

This rare vintage Sansui deck features the futuristic “Compu Selector System” and fully automatic operation design popular in high-end Japanese audio equipment from the late analog era.

Condition:
The unit powers on and partially functions but requires repair/restoration before full use.

Working Functions:

* Platter spins correctly
* Tonearm moves left and right
* Record detection sensor appears functional
* Controls and electronics respond properly

Known Issue:
The stylus/needle does not lower onto the vinyl record surface. This may be caused by:

* a faulty tonearm lowering mechanism
* incorrect stylus height
* lift mechanism needing service

Playback could not be fully tested because the stylus does not reach the record.
